We provide registered flat rate shipping via Australia Post (and offer express shipping for orders within Australia). 

(Additional VAT/duty/taxes may be applicable to your country based on your country’s import regulations). 

All orders typically ship within 48 hours from the date of purchase. If there's any delay, we’ll be in touch - promise. Once your order is packed and on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Yay!

Whilst we provide a tracking number for all orders, they do not require a signature upon delivery so please ensure your delivery address has adequate security as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from your local post office (or equivalent) if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided. 

f r a n k i e + INÉS holds no liability if you provide us with an incorrect postal address. Any parcels that are returned to sender and need to be reshipped will be at the cost of the customer.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. 

All customers are responsible for the VAT & Duty charges. VAT & Duty charges are not payable by f r a n k i e + INÉS as these charges are set by the receiving country and are outside of our control.
