REFUNDS
Due to hygiene reasons, f r a n k i e + INÉS are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings unless the item is faulty or not as described.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, please email us at hello@frankieandines.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a clear photo of the item so that we can arrange for a return. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and returned in the original packaging, including the box, within 14 days of us being notified.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be given the option to receive a store credit for the total value of the purchase (minus the original shipping cost) or a full refund. You will not be charged postage for any purchases made with your store credit, in this instance.
f r a n k i e + INÉS will not incur the charges for any return items lost in transit and will not be responsible for any customs/tax/duties charged.
f r a n k i e + INÉS reserve the right to refuse to provide a store credit or refund, should the item(s) not meet the requirements stated in this policy.
